Our Super Light (SL) Mesh Cover is made with weight saving in mind and is still strong enough to hold your everyday needs or your bike packing load.
Made from high-strength nylon mesh fabric, nylon webbing strap and Velcro. This saves you a solid xxg compared to our standard webbing while having a straightforward installation and offering a more tactical look to your build.
The mesh fabric has been chosen not only for its weight-saving capability but also for its ability to not soak up any water in rides with wet conditions.
This is the rack cover for all you weight-conscious riders, bike packers or for anyone where every gram counts.
The SL Mesh Cover was originally designed and tested for The Silk Road Mountain Race where Allan Shaw was the first to compete & complete the race on a cargo bike.
The SL Mesh Cover is compatible with all Cargo racks from Classic to V3.
Now in two variations for either Cargo or Mini-Max that has a rubber patch to prevent the front headset from rubbing.
The mesh cover has a max weight capacity of 40kg and is not intended for heavy hauling, so if you are a messenger racing the streets, we would still recommend our standard Webbing.

Installation And Instruction
Unfold the webbing cover and ensure it is oriented correctly
Place the cover on top of the bike rack, aligning it with the length and width of the rack.
Locate the three transverse Velcro and D-ring straps on the cover. Attach them to the corresponding points on the underside of the rack, ensuring a snug fit. Tighten each strap securely.
Identify the two longitudinal Velcro and D-ring straps. Fasten them to the designated points on the sides of the rack. Tighten these straps firmly, ensuring the cover is held securely in place.
Take a moment to adjust the position of the cover for optimal coverage. Check for any loose areas and make necessary adjustments.
Once the initial adjustments are made, give each strap an extra pull to ensure a tight and secure fit. This step is crucial for preventing the cover from shifting during transportation.
Your bike rack webbing cover is now properly installed and ready for use. Periodically check the cover to ensure it remains securely in place.
Warning: Max load capacity 40kg – Do not use this cover to carry people on your rack.
