DESCRIPTION
The Nano is a 2 in 1 solution for urban dwellers, the smaller footprint makes it easier to have a cargo bike in smaller, more cramped urban living quarters while the smaller wheels and shorter wheelbase encourages a fun & agile riding experience, without compromising the loading capabilities.
With a smaller footprint the Nano also makes it easier to integrate your bike with public transportation and encourage multimodal transportation making it easier to ditch your car for even bigger daily distances by bike.
The Nano is integrated with more standards from the Cargo & Mini-Max V3’s making more accessories available to the frame for instance the ability to add the Tilting Rack Bracket giving the option to make the footprint of the bike even smaller when parked.
DESIGN
Designed around two 20” wheels with a 2.15” tyres and shorter wheelbase than our other bikes, this gives us a snappier ride and a small footprint for the overall bike – the smaller wheels also get you up to speed faster which is great for the more start and stop nature of urban riding.
We have slopped the top tube to lower the stand over height and increase the number of people that can enjoy the bike. While only being available in one size, that lower sloped top tube makes it accessible to riders of almost any body proportion fitting riders from 160cm to 190cm and still being a great ride.
While being a small bike the Nano still retains the loading capabilities of our bigger bikes, with a max weight of 125kg you can pack the rack full with whatever you want and never need to worry about reaching its weight limit.
Like our other bikes we use IS brake mount which is optimal for flat bar bikes and gives the rotor adaptation for you brakes – we have also kept the 15x100mm thru axle on the fork – while the rear will depend on your choice of rocker dropouts.

BUILD NOTES
1X ONLY
The bike is built for 1x only and has a max clearance for 46T chainring – When choosing your chainring size be aware that the bigger the chainring gets the wonkier the angles get and the shifting becomes less reliable.
SHIFTING
We’ve had great success with installing our apex derailleur paired with a 11-36 cassette and that is what will be installed on the completes we offer, but for the home mechanic we recommend trying out an easier set up with a short cage derailleur – Make sure to note the max cassette size compatible for the derailleur to ensure you are getting the desired gear range.
